115 STAFF ORIENTATION. 1. All employees new to the staff of the Board shall receive within the first thirty (30) days of commencing duties an orientation provided by the Board and the Union. 2. The orientation shall acquaint employees with the basic operation of the school district and the school as well as the rights and responsibilities of the collective agreement.
