1959 Survivor’s Benefit. The District will provide 1959 Survivor’s Benefit at Level 4, with the employee paying the two dollars ($2.00) employee contribution, provided that the cost estimate is within the budgetary parameters. If it is not, the 1959 Survivor’s Benefit will remain at Level 3.
