Common use of 1Remuneration Clause in Contracts

1Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

1Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder as set forth on Exhibit B hereto and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration (as shall be agreed upon in writing by the Company and the Warrant Agent) for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that of its reasonable expenses (including reasonable counsel fees and expenses) incurred in connection with the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in preparation, delivery, negotiation, amendment, administration and execution of this Agreement and the execution exercise and performance of its duties hereunder.
