The content of the newsletter consisted of:  An introductory message to the NOMAD Newsletter recipients/readers  An Interview with the Project coordinator talking about the project  Project News  Upcoming eventsA list of the recent events that NOMAD organized or attended  A list of relevant scientific publications produced by the partners of the project  A list of the project partners and their contact details  Links to the project website, Facebook page, Twitter channel and LinkedIn page. The newsletter was disseminated to more than 1.000 e-mail addresses which were acquired from the following sources:  The EU transparency register (xxxx://xx.xxxxxx.xx/transparencyregister/info/xxxxXxxx.xx)  Participants of the HeP and UK Pilot Workshops  Participants of events that the NOMAD consortium organized or attended  Personal contact of the NOMAD consortium partners.   • Newsletters Section 10.6 The management of the City reserves the right to remove any material from such bulletin boards which, in their opinion, does not conform to the purpose or intent of this Article. The City shall make an AFSCME Local 1180 representative aware of any such removal of materials. If the AFSCME Local 1180 disagrees with such removal, there shall be an informal meeting with the Department Manager or designee to seek resolution.   • Plan Brochure The Hospital will pay 75% of the billed premium towards coverage of eligible employees under the long-term disability portion of the Plan (HOODIP or an equivalent plan as described in the August, 1992 booklet (Part B)), the employee paying the balance of the billed premium through payroll deduction.   • TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.

  • Reducing Text Messaging While Driving Pursuant to Executive Order 13513, 74 FR 51225 (Oct. 6, 2009), Recipient should encourage its employees, subrecipients, and contractors to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging while driving, and Recipient should establish workplace safety policies to decrease accidents caused by distracted drivers.

  • Bona Fide Request/New Business Request Process for Further Unbundling 6.1 BellSouth shall, upon request of <<customer_name>>, provide to <<customer_name>> access to its network elements at any technically feasible point for the provision of <<customer_name>>'s telecommunications service where such access is necessary and failure to provide access would impair the ability of <<customer_name>> to provide services that it seeks to offer.
