Scenic reserves the right to ticket the airfare upon receipt of deposit. Flights are booked in economy class only on Scenic’s choice of airlines and routes. Included flights are booked from 11 major Canadian gateways: YHZ, YYZ, XXX, XXX, YQR, YXE, YWG, YEG, YYC, YVR, & YYJ. Flight departures from all other Canadian cities shall be subject to additional surcharges. Flights are subject to availability of appropriate airline class and once sold-out surcharges shall apply. A second non-refundable deposit of $1,500 per person is due 11 months prior to travel. If your cruise departs in less than 11 months, the second non-refundable is due immediately. This flight promotion is valid on specific classes of service with scheduled airlines of Scenic’s choice. Total ticket cost, including taxes, not to exceed $1,600 per person (Russia cruises up to $1,900 per person). Tax and ticket surcharges may apply. Included gateways: YHZ Halifax; YYZ Toronto; YOW Ottawa; YUL Montreal; YQR Regina; YXE Saskatoon; YWG Winnipeg; YEG Edmonton; YYC Calgary; YVR Vancouver; and YYJ Victoria. Flights from other Canadian airports will incur surcharges. Flights must be booked by Scenic and are based on the brochure tour dates. Any requests outside of the tour dates may incur seasonal surcharges. For all booking made with a flight offer, a second non-refundable deposit of $1,500 per person is required 8 months prior to the date of departure. Failure to pay the deposit at 8 months prior to the date of departure shall result in the flight offer being removed from your booking and an Air Credit being applied instead. Scenic reserves the right to ticket the airfare upon receipt of the second deposit. Once flight have been booked, the flight tickets are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable.   • Retirement Seminar Release Time 222. Subject to development, availability and scheduling by SFERS and PERS, employees shall be allowed not more than one day during the life of this CBA to attend a pre-retirement planning seminar sponsored by SFERS or PERS. In further consideration of the promises and agreements herein contained, Xxxxxxx as an individual and not on behalf of the public, on behalf of himself, his past and current agents, representatives, attorneys, successors, and/or assignees, hereby waives all of his rights to institute or participate in, directly or indirectly, any form of legal action and releases all claims that he may have, including, without limitation, all actions, and causes of action, in law or in equity, suits, liabilities, demands, obligations, damages, costs, fines, penalties, losses, or expenses including, but not exclusively, investigation fees, expert fees, and attorneys’ fees arising under Proposition 65 with respect to lead in the Products, sold and/or offered for sale by the Settling Entity, before the Effective Date, against the Settling Entity and the releasees. The Parties further understand and agree that this subsection 4.1 release shall not extend upstream to any entities that manufactured the Products or any component parts thereof, or any distributors, importers or suppliers who sold the Products to the Settling Entity. Nothing in this subsection affects Xxxxxxx’x right to commence or prosecute an action under Proposition 65 against a releasee that does not involve the Products that were sold and/or offered for sale in California by the Settling Entity.

  • Where Term Less Than Agreement Term Where a provision of this collective agreement so provides, the provision shall be in effect for a term less than the term of the collective agreement.
