Air Tickets. In respect of the Services performed [inside/outside] Thailand in 3, THAI shall provide Air Tickets for the Consultant’s personnel according to the Xxxxxxx Schedule in Appendix B.
Air Tickets. 6.1 The Company shall provide a one-way air ticket to the Employee at the termination of this Employment Contract to repatriate the Employee to his place of origin. 6.2 The Company shall provide at least once a year during the term of Employment a return air ticket to the Employee to his place of origin.

Air Tickets. On the anniversary of the commencement date with the First Party, the Second Party shall be entitled to annual air tickets according to his/her grade. The Second Party is entitled to the cash value of air tickets for himself/herself and his/her eligible family members residing in the United Arab Emirates, whether or not he/she intends to travel. The airfare shall be determined according to the fare applicable to the country of nationality at the time of executing this Contract, or to the nearest airport to that country even if the Second Party acquires afterwards the nationality of another country. The airfare shall be calculated based on the lowest price advertised by the competent authorities for the season in which the Second Party travels.

  • Tickets Each Ticket represents a limited, revocable license to enter the Venue to attend the specific Event listed on the applicable Ticket. No person, except for attendees under the age of three, may enter the Venue without a Ticket, and re-entry is prohibited. Failure to comply with this Agreement shall result in forfeiture of this license and all rights arising hereunder without refund or credit and shall entitle KSE to pursue all legal remedies available.

  • Air Travel Any air tickets purchased by the Recipient with Centre Funds, directly or indirectly, must be in excursion class or at lower fares. The applicable fare shall be purchased for the most direct and economical routing. The Recipient may reroute or upgrade at the Recipient’s own expense.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Fares The employer shall arrange and pay for economy air fare or economy rail fare except when overnight rail travel is involved when a first class sleeping berth shall be provided.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees. 2. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.

  • Cloud storage DSHS Confidential Information requires protections equal to or greater than those specified elsewhere within this exhibit. Cloud storage of Data is problematic as neither DSHS nor the Contractor has control of the environment in which the Data is stored. For this reason: (1) DSHS Data will not be stored in any consumer grade Cloud solution, unless all of the following conditions are met: (a) Contractor has written procedures in place governing use of the Cloud storage and Contractor attests in writing that all such procedures will be uniformly followed. (b) The Data will be Encrypted while within the Contractor network. (c) The Data will remain Encrypted during transmission to the Cloud. (d) The Data will remain Encrypted at all times while residing within the Cloud storage solution. (e) The Contractor will possess a decryption key for the Data, and the decryption key will be possessed only by the Contractor and/or DSHS. (f) The Data will not be downloaded to non-authorized systems, meaning systems that are not on either the DSHS or Contractor networks. (g) The Data will not be decrypted until downloaded onto a computer within the control of an Authorized User and within either the DSHS or Contractor’s network. (2) Data will not be stored on an Enterprise Cloud storage solution unless either: (a) The Cloud storage provider is treated as any other Sub-Contractor, and agrees in writing to all of the requirements within this exhibit; or, (b) The Cloud storage solution used is FedRAMP certified. (3) If the Data includes protected health information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Cloud provider must sign a Business Associate Agreement prior to Data being stored in their Cloud solution.
