2Variation. 1.2.1This Contract can be varied at any time by mutual agreement of the parties subject to a notice period of 90 days, such agreement to be in writing and signed by the representatives of both parties using Standard Document SD 23.
2Variation. No amendment or modification to this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both Parties.
