4A Interconnection Agreement. On or before May 30, 2022, Wholesale Market Participant must enter into an Interconnection Agreement with Choptank Electric Cooperative in order to effectuate the WMPA. This WMPA shall automatically terminate upon the termination of the two-party Interconnection Agreement between the Wholesale Market Participant and Choptank Electric Cooperative.
