5 - Immediate Family Defined. For purposes of Article 13, immediate family member 11 shall be limited to mother, father, grandparent, brother, sister, spouse, son, daughter, son-in-law, 12 daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, xxxxx, nephew, or grandchild of the unit member. For 13 any relative or person who is living in the immediate household of the unit member, proof of 14 residency may be required.
