5150 Response a. Contractor shall respond paramedic ALS level personnel to 5150 Calls dispatched as an Echo, Delta, or Charlie. If MPDS is not used, Contractor shall respond a paramedic to all 5150 calls for medical clearance. • If the patient requires medical clearance at an emergency department Contractor shall be responsible for transport in accordance with County EMS Policies regarding psychiatric patient care. • If the patient does not require medical clearance at an emergency department, the Contractor may cancel the ALS ambulance and request through ACRECC, that a BLS ambulance from the County Contracted Private Provider transport the patient to the appropriate psychiatric facility, in accordance with County EMS Policies regarding psychiatric patient care. b. 5150 calls initially dispatched as Alpha or Bravo by a Medical Dispatch Center will be responded to by the County Contracted Private Provider. Contractor is not required to respond to 5150 calls dispatched as Alpha or Bravo

5150 Response a. City shall provide transport of California Welfare & Institutions Code section 5150 (“5150”) patients within the EOA in accordance with State law and as described in EMS Agency Policies and Procedures. b. For 5150 and/or behavioral/mental health calls in which a law enforcement officer (or other authorized person) requests a medical assessment, the City is responsible to respond with an ALS resource consistent with MPDS-based directives as approved by the EMS Agency. c. For mental and/or behavioral health transport calls in which medical assessment or medical care is not necessary, the City is responsible to provide ALS transport, BLS transport or an alternative resource as approved by the EMS Agency.

Within two (2) Business Days after the date of the Conversion Confirmation, the Company shall have issued and electronically transferred the shares to the Broker indicated in the Conversion Notice; should the Company be unable to transfer the shares electronically, it shall, within two (2) Business Days after the date of the Conversion Confirmation, have surrendered to FedEx for delivery the next day to the address as specified in the Conversion Notice, a certificate, registered in the name of the Holder, for the number of shares of Common Stock to which the Holder shall be entitled.

  • Form and Timing of Response (a) Intermediary agrees to provide, promptly upon request of the Fund or its designee, the requested information specified in paragraph 1 above.   • Incident Response Operator shall have a written incident response plan that reflects best practices and is consistent with industry standards and federal and state law for responding to a data breach, breach of security, privacy incident or unauthorized acquisition or use of any portion of Data, including PII, and agrees to provide LEA, upon request, an executive summary of the written incident response plan.

  • Employee Response The employee upon whom a Notice of Proposed Action has been served shall have seven (7) calendar days to respond to the appointing authority either orally or in writing before the proposed action may be taken. The Consultant agrees, if requested by the Commissioner of NYSDOT or his or her designee, to present evidence of its continuing legal authority to do business in New York State, integrity, experience, ability, prior performance, and organizational and financial capacity.

  • Timely and Sustained Response Interconnection Customer shall ensure that the Small Generating Facility’s real power response to sustained frequency deviations outside of the deadband setting is automatically provided and shall begin immediately after frequency deviates outside of the deadband, and to the extent the Small Generating Facility has operating capability in the direction needed to correct the frequency deviation. Interconnection Customer shall not block or otherwise inhibit the ability of the governor or equivalent controls to respond and shall ensure that the response is not inhibited, except under certain operational constraints including, but not limited to, ambient temperature limitations, physical energy limitations, outages of mechanical equipment, or regulatory requirements. The Small Generating Facility shall sustain the real power response at least until system frequency returns to a value within the deadband setting of the governor or equivalent controls. An Applicable Reliability Standard with equivalent or more stringent requirements shall supersede the above requirements.
