56-Hour Employees Accrual. (A) All employees assigned a 56-hour workweek during their first year of 11 employment with the City shall accrue vacation benefits at the rate of 12 five (5) 24-hour shifts per year. This will be accrued at a bi-weekly rate 13 of 4.6154 hours. (B) All employees assigned a 56-hour workweek at the start of their second 15 year of employment with the City shall accrue vacation benefits at the 16 rate of eight (8) 24-hour shifts per year. This will be accrued at a bi- 17 weekly rate of 7.3846 hours.
