Such details shall include triggers and thresholds of development to secure delivery of the Public Access Area or Areas within that Development Area. For the avoidance of doubt the Public Access Area or Areas shall exclude private gardens or spaces where it is intended that use is restricted to residents or employees of premises within the Development.

The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards.
