CONTRACT TERM - RENEWAL In addition to any stated renewal periods in the Contract, any Contract or unit portion thereof let by the Commissioner may be extended by the Commissioner for an additional period(s) of up to one year with the written concurrence of the Contractor and Comptroller. Where Term Less Than Agreement Term Where a provision of this collective agreement so provides, the provision shall be in effect for a term less than the term of the collective agreement.
Contract Term Extension “Contract Term Extension” means an extension of the term of this contract, at the request of Purchaser, under this Subsection. This Subsection does not obligate Contracting Officer to grant Contract Term Extension. When such extension is made, Forest Service shall make an appraisal using standard Forest Service methods and appraisal data in effect 45 days prior to the original Termination Date. Bid Premium Rates shall be added to such appraised rates to establish Flat Rates or Tentative Rates for the extension period. In event rates so established would develop Current Contract Value immediately prior to such an extension that is less than Current Contract Value at that time, Flat Rates and Tentative Rates in effect immediately prior to extension shall be retained for the extension period. In consideration for granting an extension, Purchaser shall pay the Government for Purchaser’s failure to cut and remove timber meeting Utilization Standards prior to Contract Term Extension, an amount that shall be the total of the costs to the Government resulting from the delay in harvest of Included Timber. Such costs will be determined by Forest Service and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

Fixed Term Contract 1.1 The Customer shall use the following applicable Service Plan for the period specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (“Term”). The Term shall start from the service effective date.
Meaning of Words and Phrases Unless the context or the Contract Documents taken as a whole indicate to the contrary, words used in the Contract Documents that have usual and common meanings shall be given their usual and common meanings; words having technical or trade meanings shall be given their customary meaning in the subject business, trade, or profession. Materials or work described in words that, so applied, have a well-known technical or trade meaning shall be held to refer to such recognized meaning.
City of Melbourne Definition For the purposes of determining Site Allowance in accordance with this Agreement, the boundaries of the “City of Melbourne” are defined as follows: Commencing at the point where Citylink (Tullamarine Freeway) intersects Racecourse Road, proceed east along Racecourse Road, Xxxxxxx Avenue, Macarthur Road Cemetery Road West, Cemetery Road East and Princes Street to Xxxxxxxxx Street. Then south on Xxxxxxxxx Street to Victoria Parade. In Victoria Parade, proceed east to Punt Road, then south along Punt Road to the St Kilda Junction. From the St Kilda Junction proceed along Fitzroy Street to Beaconsfield Parade, and then north-west along Beaconsfield Parade, Beach Street and The Boulevarde and following the waterline to Lorimer Street, and then east along Lorimer Street as far as Citylink (Western Link). Follow Citylink north to Racecourse Road to complete the boundary. The City of Melbourne zone will also include the area bounded by Xxxxxxxxx Street, Victoria Parade’ Xxxxxx Street, and Alexandra Parade. Where one boundary of a project fronts at least one of the above streets, then such project is deemed to be within the City of Melbourne. Initial Term and Renewal This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and, shall have an initial term of five (5) years. Following the expiration of the initial term, the Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms until such time that the Agreement is terminated by either Party upon giving the other Party six (6) months’ written notice of termination.
Vacating at End of Term; Renewal This Agreement does not automatically renew, and Owner is not obligated to renew it. Owner reserves the right to contract with others for the premises at any time, for occupancy commencing after the End Date. The parties mutually agree that Resident’s tenancy and right of occupancy will end automatically on the End Date and that this provision constitutes notice of termination on the End Date. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason, Resident will immediately vacate and relinquish the bedroom space and entire apartment, and all of Owner’s fixtures, in a clean and sanitary condition, including removing all trash. Resident will pay all utility and service bills to the bedroom space and apartment (except those provided by Owner as specified above) and cancel all utility accounts in the name of Resident. Resident will return to Owner all keys issued to Resident by Owner. If all keys issued to Resident are not returned promptly to Owner, Resident will pay all costs associated with re-keying or reprogramming locks for the bedroom space and/or apartment, along with the cost of key replacement. If Resident fails to vacate the bedroom space and apartment by the end of the Term or upon earlier termination of the Agreement, Resident will pay an administrative fee in the amount of $300.00 plus agreed holdover charges equal to three (3) times the daily pro- rated housing charges during the Term (but not more than the amount provided by law), plus associated expenses, including attorneys’ fees as allowed by law. In no event after termination or expiration of this Agreement will it be deemed to be renewed or extended.
