The Company is a participating employer in the Construction and Building Unions Superannuation Scheme (Cbus). All employees will be enrolled in Cbus and be entitled to superannuation benefits in accordance with the terms of the Cbus fund. 2. Effective from the date of execution of this document, the Company agrees to contribute the following amounts to Cbus: (a) contributions will increase to $110.00 per week payable from 1/7/05 and further increase to $ 120.00 per week payable from 1/7/06 with a further increase to $125.00 per week payable from 1/7/07 with a further increase to $130.00 per week payable from 1/7/08.These contributions are deemed to satisfy the employer’s Superannuation Guarantee (SG) obligations, provided the amount specified in this clause is not less than the prevailing SG rate; and (b) any voluntary contributions deducted from employee’s wages. 3. The Company will provide each employee who is not already a member of Cbus with an application form for membership of Cbus and will forward the completed membership form to Cbus.
