City Requested Program Review. The City reserves the right to require the Contractor to periodically conduct reviews of the SFD and MFD and Commercial collection programs to assess one or more of the following performance indicators: average volume of recyclable materials per setout per customer, average volume of organics per setout per customer, participation level, contamination levels, etc. Prior to the program evaluation review, City and Contractor shall meet and discuss the purpose of the review and agree on the method, scope, and date to be provided by the Contractor.

Such reviews could assess one or more of the following performance indicators: average volume of Recyclable Materials per setout per Service Recipient, average volume of Organic Waste per setout per Service Recipient, participation level, contamination levels, etc. Prior to the program evaluation review, City and Contractor will meet and discuss the purpose of the review and agree on the method, scope, and data to be provided by Contractor.
