Environmental Stewardship. The Park Board of Trustees of the City of Galveston recognizes a shared responsibility between it and its concessionaires to act as a positive force for the protection and enhancement of our Island’s natural resources. In this important effort Park Board reaches out and partners with its concessionaires in the implementation of environmental stewardship and sustainability practices that can be applied to daily business operations. Concessionaires operating under the jurisdiction of Park Board are expected to participate in this effort and incorporate sound environmental practices that achieve the overarching goal of protection, sustainability and enhancement of our natural resources.
Environmental Stewardship. Tenant shall support the County’s Environmental Compliance and Stewardship program through participation in various efforts or implementation of Airport plans listed below as applicable, and through complying with Airport Tenant Guidelines. County shall provide Tenant advance notice of any proposed changes to the following plans that may affect Tenant operations:
A. Air Quality Improvement Plan (AQIP) and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD).
B. Climate Action Plan.
C. Waste Management Plan.
Environmental Stewardship. The applicant shall have a Forest Plan or Land Management Plan in place. The applicant shall have developed a Wildlife Habitat Protection Program, soil monitoring program, and the annual monitoring program report shall have been provided to the Division (if applicable). The applicant shall have provided an update of their route inventory and designation status (if applicable). Inspections by the grant administrator have found few problems. The grantee has provided the Division with maps of roads, trails, and areas that are funded with OHV funds.
Environmental Stewardship. It is the Province’s expectation that the Contractor will conduct its business in a manner that demonstrates stewardship of environmental resources.

Environmental Stewardship. 4.1. The Parties agree that the protection of the environment throughout the life of the Project is essential and fundamental and that it is necessary to establish measures and mechanisms to support:
a. the timely exchange of information between the Parties;
b. the identification of potential environmental issues of significance to either Party;
c. collaboration between the Parties on aspects of environmental research and monitoring; and
d. the incorporation of aspects of business, employment and education and training opportunities relating to the environmental aspects of the Project.

Enhance the social and environmental fabric of the region. • Minimize disruption or displacement of residential or commercial areas from restructured or new transportation facilities. • Minimize impact on environmental resources, wetlands, wildlife, historic properties, and water quality. • Reduce mobile emissions and meet air quality standards with projects including managed lanes, operational projects, transit, and non-motorized vehicles such as bicycles, and pedestrians. • Serve Environmental Justice populations through direct benefits or access to the project. • Reduce or mitigate the stormwater impacts of surface transportation.

Environmental Stewardship. Xxxxx Theater shall employ, to the extent it is commercially reasonable, environmental best practices in its operations. This may include, but is not limited to, refraining from the use of plastic straws, use of biodegradable cups and utensils, composting of food waste, and installation of energy efficient appliances and water-free urinals in the restrooms.
