The Resident acknowledges that a Resident’s Room may be deemed to be abandoned where the Resident has, in the opinion of The Residence Office, vacated the Resident’s Room and failed to respond to a Notice of Abandonment sent by The Residence Office. Abandonment is grounds for termination of the Resident’s occupancy by The Residence Office and subject to the $100 withdrawal fee.
