Move Out Condition Sample Clauses

Move Out Condition. The Resident agrees to leave their room in a condition that is equal to the condition of the room when they moved in. All furniture in the room must be returned to its original location and position or the Resident will be subject to additional charges on the Resident’s student account. Inspections will be completed by Residence Staff after the Resident has moved out. If the unit is not thoroughly cleaned prior to leaving and/or if damages are present, the Resident will be charged accordingly.

Move Out Condition. Upon termination of this lease, Xxxxxx will surrender the property in the same condition as when received, normal wear and tear excepted. Tenant should leave the property in a clean condition, free of all trash, debris, and any personal property. Tenant may not, in any case, abandon the property. If Xxxxxx leaves any personal possessions in the premises after surrendering the property to the Landlord, Landlord may dispose of such personal property in the trash or a landfill or donate such personal property to a church or non-profit organization.
Move Out Condition. Provided that Tenant is not in default hereunder, Tenant shall before the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, remove from the Premises all its personal property which this Lease allows Tenant to remove and surrender such Premises and the keys thereto to Landlord (whether or not in default hereunder) in the same condition as at the beginning of this Lease, normal wear and tear only excepted. If Tenant shall fail to remove all effects from the Premises upon termination of this Lease for any cause whatsoever, Landlord may remove, sell, store or otherwise dispose of the same, without liability to Tenant for loss thereof, and Tenant agrees to pay Landlord on demand any and all expenses incurred by Landlord thereby. Landlord, at Landlord’s option, may require Tenant, upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, to remove some or all of the wiring, cables, risers, and similar installations appurtenant thereto installed by Tenant in the risers of the Building (“Wiring”), at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. In the event Tenant fails to remove the Wiring in accordance with this Section 13.C, Landlord shall have the right to remove such Wiring without liability to Tenant for any loss or damage that may accrue to Tenant’s personal property or business by reason thereof, and upon completion thereof, Tenant shall pay Landlord’s costs for such removal plus fifteen percent (15%) for Landlord’s overhead, upon presentation of a bxxx therefor.
