Aboriginal Heritage Act. The State or Council must comply with the Aboriginal Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 in any actions it takes pursuant to this ILUA.
Aboriginal Heritage Act. Nothing in this Agreement shall release or be construed as releasing the Parties from compliance with the Aboriginal Heritage Act. Notwithstanding any term of this Agreement, if: the Parties are unable to reach agreement on the scope of a Heritage Survey; and after arbitration the Tenement Applicant is still dissatisfied with the scope of the required Heritage Survey, then subject to the Tenement Applicant obtaining all necessary clearances under section 18 of the Aboriginal Heritage Act it may proceed with the Program of Activity.
Aboriginal Heritage Act. A Council must comply with the Aboriginal Heritage Act in doing any notified act.
