Absence after Reporting for Duty. Any person who must leave his/her duties because of personal illness after reporting for duty and has worked three (3) hours will be paid for that day and this will not be charged to his/her sick leave. Terminal Pay on the Basis of Sick Leave (Each Administrator eligible may choose either Option I or Option II) Any Administrator with a minimum of ten (10) years in the district or more, upon submission of a letter of retirement to collect a T.P.A.F pension shall be entitled to receive the following compensation: one quarter (1/4) of his/her final per diem rate for all accumulated sick days up to a maximum of 120 days. This benefit shall only be paid once for each Administrator. Said payment shall be made as soon as possible but no later than 45 calendar days from last date of employment. Administrators on the payroll as of July 1, 2002, who separate from the district no sooner than July 1, 2007, shall receive 50% of their current per diem rate for a maximum of 300 accumulated sick days. All administrators hired after July 1, 2002, must complete 5 years of service with the District in order to receive this benefit. Removal of Option II Beginning with the 2005-08 contract, Option II will be removed from the contract. However, anyone hired prior to July 1, 2005 shall be grandfathered. The administrators who are grandfathered include, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. For those administrators eligible for Option II, the date shall be changed from July 1, 2007 to January 1, 2006.

  • EDD Independent Subrecipient Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, Subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the State.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Subrecipients. An independent Subrecipient is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies. Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public.
