Common use of Absences/Substitutes Clause in Contracts

Absences/Substitutes. Employees shall be informed of a telephone number they may call two (2) hours ahead to report unavailability for work. Once an employee has reported unavailability, it shall be the responsibility of the administration to arrange for a substitute employee.
