Abuses of Sick Leave. 1. The Committee has no standing authority to make a determination of sick leave abuse. 2. Allegations of sick leave abuse shall not influence decisions of the Committee. Only documented (i.e., disciplinary action applied, admission of abuse) cases of abuse shall be considered by the Committee in its decision. The Committee shall have access to such documented information for review. Such access shall be limited to the Sick Leave Bank Chairperson and an employer representative.
