It is DFMC policy to provide a safe work place that provides an environment that is free from abusive, offensive or threatening behaviour, for all people associated with our business. If DFMC believes that such behaviour has occurred (this will be determined at DFMC Board discretion), you will be suspended from milk pick up for five days or until DFMC believes the behaviour has been rectified.
