Benefit Committee. 1. The Company and the Union will mutually select one person who will be appointed as a representative of the Union to membership on the Benefit Committee as that Committee is provided for in the Plan for Employees' Pensions. The term for the Union representative of the Benefit Committee will be for three (3) years unless ended by termination of status as a wage-earner or unless relieved by the Board of Directors of the Company at the request of the Union. During the life of this Agreement no change will be made in the benefits as provided for in the Plan for Employees' Pensions without its having been bargained between the parties hereto insofar as the plan affects employees who are covered by this Agreement.
Benefit Committee. The parties agree that during the life of this Agreement a Joint Committee will be struck to review the current benefit structure and to set a framework and bring forward recommendations for possible changes. It is further agreed that should outside consultants be used in this process, the cost will be split equally by the Association and District management.
Benefit Committee. Employer agrees to establish a benefit committee consisting of the current bargaining committee.
Benefit Committee. The Union and the Employer will work jointly with the purpose of reducing the healthcare costs for both the employer and the employees of KVH. The Union and the Employer would appoint a committee of equal number for the Union and the Employer for the sole purpose of exploring healthcare plan options. The options would include but not be limited to the PEBB, a self-insured plan, a cost reduced partial or fully insured plan. The Union and the Employer will meet quarterly or more often as needed. If no plan change can be agreed upon by the Union and the employer, the employer share will increase as follows: Effective March 1, 2019, the monthly cap will increase to $875 per month Effective March 1, 2020 the monthly cap will increase to $900 per month

1. The District will, with the participation of all employee groups, establish a Joint committee to review the delivery of District-sponsored insurance benefits. This committee shall meet no later than October 31 of each school year.
2. The Committee shall study and make recommendations for consideration by the District and all involved employee groups concerning:
a. Self-insurance of insurance benefits.
b. The selection process for District-sponsored plans.
c. The use of excess reserves which may exist with insurance providers.
d. Surveying District employees to determine employee preference regarding insurance benefits.
3. This Committee shall prepare its reports by the end of March of each school year for District and employee group(s) review.
Benefit Committee. The Company and the Union agrees to establish a Benefit Committee, consisting of the members of the 2010 Union Negotiating Committee and representatives of the Company. The Company commits to informing the Committee on all aspects of the PBG Benefit Plans pertaining to the Union Members, and further, to holding meetings of the Committee to discuss the benefits with a view of recommending changes to the Plans (including the specific benefits, retiree benefits, and coverage's therein), to the Company. The Company and the Union recognize that amendments to the Benefits may become necessary during the life of the Collective Agreement and the Company commits to advising the Union, through the Benefit Committee, of any such changes. Benefit Committee. The parties agree a benefit committee will be established and maintained. The benefit committee will be responsible for gathering and reviewing a variety of benefit information and for formulating recommendations for district management review, including: ensuring the district’s benefit programs remain competitive, cost containment measures are originated, and for the development of an educated employee approach toward health insurance benefits. The association may nominate an equal number of association representatives to non-represented representatives. Upon mutual agreement, if the benefit committee finds an advantageous benefit program, Article 17 may be re- opened for renegotiation.
