Academic Achievement Goals – Remaining Years of Contract. Annually, by October 15th (or if the data is released later by the State, within a reasonable time thereafter) the School shall provide the Sponsor with its proposed academic achievement goals, for the grades it will be serving in the current year, using the same parameters and testing set forth in Section 2.A.3, above.

Academic Achievement Goals – Remaining Years of Contract. By October 15th of the second year of the School’s operation, the School shall provide the Sponsor with its proposed academic achievement goals for the remaining years of the Charter, up to a maximum of four years or the end of the current Charter term, whichever occurs first, using the same parameters and testing set forth in Section 2.A.3, above. Schools that have contracts in excess of five years shall resubmit proposed academic achievement goals every four years pursuant to the process described in this paragraph.

  • Contract Goals A. For purposes of this procurement, OGS conducted a comprehensive search and determined that the Contract does not offer sufficient opportunities to set goals for participation by MWBEs as subcontractors, service providers, or suppliers to Contractor.
