Academic Advisory Committee. The Employer recognizes the requisite expertise and abilities of the Faculty Members to provide valuable input regarding decisions related to educational matters. It is agreed that a procedure is desirable for dealing with specific problems or concerns that may from time to time arise and which require appropriate input of the considered professional judgment of the Faculty Members. To this end there is hereby established an Academic Advisory Committee which shall function in the following manner:
