ACADEMIC DISTRESS COMMISSION. 28.01 ORC Section 3302.10 will have no effect on any provision of this contract unless the district would meet requirements of state law for the superintendent of public instruction to establish an academic distress commission for the district and until the Superintendent of Public Instruction notifies the district that the district is subject to the provisions of ORC Section 3302.
