Academic/Guidance/Special Education Department Heads. A vacancy in a Department Head position may be filled by transfer pursuant to (l) below or promotion pursuant to (2) below. However, an Instructor may be promoted into a Department Head position only if he or she has more seniority than a Department Head applying for transfer pursuant to (l) below.
