Academic Needs Base Salary Increase. The School Corporation has identified, as an academic need, retaining teachers who are experienced and have served the school corporation consecutively since the 2011-2012 school year with qualifying evaluations. Accordingly, teachers who meet these qualifications will receive an increase on their 2018-2019 base salary. The Academic Needs base salary increase is equal to the difference between the teacher’s 2018-2019 base salary and the teacher’s base salary under the 2011-2012 collective bargaining agreement that corresponds to (A) the teacher’s lane assignment as it was at the end of the 2011-2012 school year and (B) utilizing only the “Bachelor” lane for those who were in lane 1 or 2 at the end of 2011-2012 and utilizing only “Bachelor+30 Graduate Hours or Masters” lane for those who were in lane 3,4,5, or 6 at the end of 2011-2012 and (C) the proper row level on the 2011-2012 salary schedule corresponding to the teacher’s current years of experience teaching in the School Corporation and utilizing the row for 18 years experience for those with 18 or more years of teaching experience in the School Corporation. The Academic Needs base salary increase shall not exceed Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) per teacher.

Related to Academic Needs Base Salary Increase

  • Salary Increase Effective December 1, 2015, salary rates shall be increased by 2.25%.

  • Salary Increases The Employer agrees to pay the negotiated salary increases to every employee not later than the month following the month in which this Agreement is signed and not later than the month following the month in which any subsequent salary increases become effective.

  • Salary Increments The Employer may grant an increment for meritorious service after an Employee has served for a period of twelve (12) months following the day established in Article 25.07 or twelve (12) months following the date of a change in his rate of compensation as established in Articles 25.04, 25.05, or 25.06.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Annual Base Salary During the Term, Executive shall receive a base salary at a rate of $550,000 per annum (as increased from time to time, the “Annual Base Salary”), which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company. Such Annual Base Salary shall be reviewed (and may be increased, but not decreased) from time to time by the Board or an authorized committee of the Board.

  • Base Salary The Company shall pay to the Executive an annual base salary of $200,000, payable on a monthly basis commencing on the Effective Date (as the same may be adjusted herein, the “Base Salary”). The Base Salary shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s payroll policies.

  • Benefit Increases Benefit payments may be increased as provided in Section 2.1.3.

  • Annual Increases On each anniversary of Employee's termination from employment, any remaining amounts to be paid during the next year pursuant to this Paragraph 9 shall be increased to an amount equal to one hundred ten percent (110%) of the amounts required to be paid by Employer hereunder under the provisions of this Paragraph 9 during the preceding year.

  • Salary No salary will be paid to a Member for the performance of his or her duties under this Agreement unless the salary has been approved in writing by a Majority of the Members.
