Common use of Academic Policies Committee Clause in Contracts

Academic Policies Committee. The Academic Policies Committee shall consist of sixteen (16) members of the bargaining unit, at least one (1) of whom shall be a librarian, three (3) students, and three (3) administrators; provided, however, that in the case of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, the Academic Policies Committee shall be composed of ten (10) members of the bargaining unit, at least one (1) of whom shall be a librarian, two (2) students, and two (2) administrators.
