Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection. The State must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), which is available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/aboutus/legal/acceptable-use-policy.html, for Services purchased under this Agreement. Contractor may reasonably modify this policy to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to protect Contractor’s network and customers. If the State will use the Services to process personal data subject to privacy or data protection law that requires specific terms in place with service providers, the State is responsible for requesting such terms from Contractor. Network services that support the State’s WAN and data connectivity requirements.
Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection. Customer's use of Service shall comply with and Customer acknowledges Tier1 Access LLC's Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy which is available through Tier1 Access LLC's web site ( xxx.xxxx0xxxxxx.xxx) and may be updated by Tier1 Access LLC.
