Acceptance and Validity. You will only be eligible for a Commission payment for any Customer Transactions that derived from Affiliate Leads generated by the Affiliate Link that we make available to you and are accepted by Arbox. An Affiliate Lead will be considered valid and accepted if, in our reasonable determination: (i) it is a new potential customer of ours, and (ii) is not, at the time of submission, one of our pre-existing customers, or involved in our active sales process.

Acceptance and Validity. You will only be eligible for a Commission payment for any Customer Transactions that derived from Affiliate Leads generated by the Affiliate Link that we make available to you and are accepted by Xxxxxx. An Affiliate Lead will be considered valid and accepted if, in our reasonable determination: 1. it is a new potential customer of ours, and 2. is not, at the time of submission or sixty (60) days prior, one of our pre-existing customers, or involved in our active sales process. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may choose not to accept an Affiliate Lead in our reasonable discretion. If an Affiliate Lead does not purchase the Subscription Service within fourteen (14) days of their first click on the Affiliate Link, you will not be eligible for a Commission payment, even if the Affiliate Lead decides to purchase after the time period has expired. An Affiliate Lead is not considered valid if it’s first click on the Affiliate Link is after this Agreement has expired or terminated.
Acceptance and Validity. For this certificate to be valid, the seller/lessor shall exercise good faith in accepting this certificate, which includes: (1) the certificate shall be completed properly; (2) the certificate shall be in the seller/lessor's possession within 60 days from the date of sale/lease; (3) the certificate does not contain infor- mation which is knowingly false; and (4) the property or service is consistent with the exemption to which the customer is entitled. For more information, refer to Exemption Certificates, Title 61 PA Code §32.2. An invalid certificate may subject the seller/lessor to the tax.

An Affiliate Lead will be considered valid and accepted if, in our reasonable determination, the Customer is not attempting to engage in fraudulent transactions, has a bona fine intent to purchase one or more SteadyTake Products, and has the financial ability to pay for said Products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may choose not to accept an Affiliate Lead in our reasonable discretion. If an Affiliate Lead does not purchase a SteadyTake Product within the time period defined in the “Affiliate Program Limits” section of this agreement, you will not be eligible for a Commission payment, even if the Affiliate Lead decides to purchase after the time period has expired. An Affiliate Lead is not considered valid if they complete the Affiliate Lead Form after this Agreement has been terminated or otherwise expired.

An Affiliate Lead will be considered valid and accepted if, in our reasonable determination: (i) it is a new customer of ours, and (ii) is not one of our pre-existing customers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may choose not to accept an Affiliate Lead in our reasonable discretion. If an Affiliate Lead does not complete the Customer Transaction within the time period described in the Program Policies) of their first click on the Affiliate Link, you will not be eligible for a Commission payment, even if the Affiliate Lead decides to complete after the time period has expired. An Affiliate Lead is not considered valid if its first click on the Affiliate Link is after this Agreement has expired or terminated. Engagement with Affiliate Leads – Once we have received the Affiliate Lead information, Everest will attempt to qualify, eKYC if applicable, and onboard Affiliate Lead. If an Affiliate Lead is not valid then we may choose to maintain it in our database and we may choose to engage with such Affiliate Lead. Any engagement between Everest and an Affiliate Lead will be at Everest’s discretion. Commission and Payment – In order to receive payment under this Agreement, you must have: (i) agreed to the terms of this Agreement; (ii) completed all steps necessary to create your account in the Affiliate Tool in accordance with our directions, (iii) have a valid and up-to-date payment receipt method on file with Everest with such account (iv) completed any and all required tax documentation in order for the Affiliate Tool to process any payments that may be owed to you. Commissions are paid based upon the USD value of the fees collected by Everest, and paid in Everest’s ID Tokens. Payments will be made based upon Program Policies. Commission Payment – Defined in Program Policies Taxes – You are responsible for payment of all taxes and fees (including bank fees) applicable to the Commission. All amounts payable by us to you are subject to offset by us against any amounts owed by you to us. Commission Amounts. We reserve the right to alter or change the Commission amount as per the Affiliate Tool.
