Customer Transactions definition

Customer Transactions means those transactions by Affiliate Leads that are eligible for Commission pursuant to the ‘Customer Transactions’ section of this Agreement.

"Company Content" means all information, data, text, messages, software, sound, music, video, photographs, graphics, images, and tags that we incorporate into our services.

Examples of Customer Transactions in a sentence

  • We will not pay you fees on Customer Transactions recognized by us after thirty (30) days after the date of such termination or expiration set out above.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, for up to two percent (2%) of the Fees payable to Studio on a monthly basis, Comcast shall not be obligated to pay Fees with regard to any Customer Transactions for which a Customer has been charged but has not paid the applicable retail fee.

  • Comcast shall have the right to sub-license to iN Demand and/or CSG (or another Comcast designee approved by Studio in advance) the right to Stream and/or Electronically Download Included Programs to Customers pursuant to Customer Transactions consummated by Comcast; provided, that such Customers are no longer Comcast subscribers.

  • In the event of a Withdrawal pursuant to this Section, Comcast shall cease making such Included Program available for Customer Transactions on the Licensed Service as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt of a Withdrawal Notice.

  • In the event of a Withdrawal under subclause (c) above, the removal of the applicable Included Program shall be limited to Withdrawal of the Included Program from further Customer Transactions on the Service, and shall not include a withdrawal of Digital Locker Functionality and Streaming Functionality.

  • Except as required by Law, you are solely responsible for reconciling the information in the Dashboard generated by your use of Payment Processing Services with your records of Customer Transactions, and for identifying any errors.

  • Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, Amazon shall be responsible for any reasonable systems costs and/or blanket or site licenses associated with such copy control information but shall not be responsible for any per copy fees that arise from such copy control information associated with Customer Transactions, the cost, if any, of which shall be the responsibility of CDD and which Amazon shall be entitled to deduct from License Fees payable to CDD hereunder.

  • Except as required by Applicable Laws, you are solely responsible for reconciling the information in the Dashboard generated by your use of Services with your records of Customer Transactions, and for identifying any errors.

  • Per-Program License Fees shall be calculated for all Customer Transactions occurring in each Territory during each calendar month of the Term and shall be paid to Licensor no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the month in which such Per-Program License Fees are accrued, as more particularly provided in Article 7 of Schedule A.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, CDD shall have the right to withdraw any Included Program that is a Television Program from the Service for any reason in its sole discretion, and as soon as practicable after written notice from CDD, Amazon shall cease to make such program available for further Customer Transactions on the Service and shall cease to promote such program’s availability on the Service.

Related to Customer Transactions

  • Consumer transaction means a transaction in which (i) an individual incurs an obligation primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, (ii) a security interest secures the obligation, and (iii) the collateral is held or acquired primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. The term includes consumer-goods transactions.

  • Transaction Agreements means the Securities Purchase Agreement, the Debentures, the Joint Escrow Instructions, the Security Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement, and the Warrants and includes all ancillary documents referred to in those agreements.

  • Permitted Securitization Transaction Any financing transaction undertaken by the Seller or an Affiliate of the Seller that is secured, directly or indirectly, by the Collateral or any portion thereof or any interest therein, including any sale, lease, whole loan sale, asset securitization, secured loan or other transfer.
