Acceptance of Assistantship. A student who has been offered a GA appointment is required to provide electronic acceptance of that appointment within the time period specified in the Notice of Appointment which shall be no less than five (5) business days. If a GA is unable to provide this confirmation because of extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, family emergency, and travel restrictions, the University will endeavor to accommodate these circumstances.
