Acceptance of Energy. Accept such energy for the remainder of this Agreement’s term. Provided within 60 days after notice of any increase in the annual payment to be made to the owner or operator of such dam and reservoir, a downstream Party accepting energy from such dam and reservoir shall have an additional opportunity to elect subparagraph 13(c)(1)(A), 13(c)(1)(B), or 13(c)(1)(C) above.
