Acceptance of the successful Bid and award of rate contract. a) The procuring entity after considering the recommendations of the bid evaluation committee and the conditions of Bid, if any, financial implications, trials, sample testing and test reports, etc., shall accept or reject the successful Bid. If any member of the bid evaluation committee, has disagreed or given its note of dissent, the matter shall be referred to the next higher authority, as per delegation of financial powers, for decision.
