Common use of Acceptance Rate Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Rate. This measure only applies to MCPs that have had Medicaid membership for one year or less. Measure: The rate of encounters that are submitted to ODJFS and accepted (i.e. accepted encounters per 1,000 member months). The measure will be calculated per MCP.
