RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER. The User shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining security procedures acceptable to the Board to prevent unauthorized access to MLS® information.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER. The User shall abide by the ELT Business Rules and Program Standards and more specifically agrees:
A. To enter into an agreement with a DMV approved service provider if not establishing their own proprietary computerized interface.
B. To attend, and have all Authorized Individual Users attend the required Provider training for ELT.
C. To bear all costs for participation in the program such as costs incurred for computer hardware, labor, electronic interface system changes, and transaction processing.
D. To contact the DMV’s Information Technology Office, herein referred to as ITO, at 803.896.0579 immediately upon discovering that the DMV has sent to the User by electronic or any other means ELT data or records intended or appearing to have been intended to have been sent to another entity. Notwithstanding any other time limits set forth herein, the DMV may terminate this Contract by written notice to the User for failure to immediately report such error to the DMV, such notice to be effective 5 (five) days after mailing or upon facsimile (FAX) transmission by the DMV.
E. To obtain written permission from each registered owner prior to submitting a change of address to the DMV and further agrees that each submission of a change of address shall be deemed the User’s certification that written permission was obtained in accordance with this provision.
F. To assume full responsibility for the accuracy of electronic lien satisfaction submitted to the DMV, and hold the DMV harmless for any damage or loss, if any, from issuing a title based upon such electronic lien satisfaction. Certificate of Title fees will be required when an electronic lien and title is established and, in some cases, when the title record is modified or corrected.
G. To submit all reports, including daily activity reports and such other reports as may be required by the ELT Business Rules and Program Standards, and in all other respects to comply with the Code of Laws for the State of South Carolina. The User may use the electronic mailbox or web transaction to complete the following transactions:
a. Lien Notification from the DMV to lienholder;

d. Release Lien with ‘Mail to’ Address;
e. Request Printed Title;

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER. As a Hosting Service Provider under the terms of article 6-I-2 of French Law no. 2004-575 dated June 21 2004, the User is responsible for the correct fulfillment of its contractual obligations. The User is responsible for the correct use of the Services and undertakes to protect ONLINE from any action or claim instituted by a third party attributable to its actions, notably on the Internet network. The User is solely responsible for any direct or indirect material or immaterial damages caused to ONLINE by the User or by persons it is responsible for and attributable to the use of the Services; it undertakes to protect ONLINE from any requests, claims, or sentencing that ONLINE may receive, in so far as they are caused by the incorrect use of the Services by the User or by persons it is responsible for. The User undertakes to avoid misuse of the Server and the Services made available to it. The User shall be solely responsible for the consequences of any malfunction of the Services resulting from any use of services by third parties, members of its staff, or any person to whom the User has provided its login and password.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER. (b) User's Account is to be used solely by the person for whom it was created. Use of an Account by more than one person violates this Terms of Use Agreement and remedies set forth in this Agreement with the customer shall apply. The only exception is use of an Account under the Service Agreement with the customer for the sole purpose of administration of User Accounts registered thereunder. Each User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her password and Account. User agrees to notify Us of any unauthorized use of his/her Account or any breach of security. EZC will not be liable for any loss that a User may incur, or may create, as a result of someone else's usage of his or her password or Account or eSafe private key, either with or without User's knowledge or assent. User may not use any other User's Account at any time for any reason. Any access by User to another's Account, or directly or indirectly permitting another to access User's Account, by means of impersonation or otherwise will result in the application of remedies described in this agreement
(c) A User is solely responsible for the content of his/her files, and the Service acts only as a medium for Users' online creation, organization, editing and distribution of documents and information. To the best of the User's knowledge, User agrees not to knowingly use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited and not to knowingly use the Service in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or network(s), communications equipment or computer(s) connected to the Service, or interfere with any other party's use of the Service, including the distribution of unsolicited bulk messages of any nature. I. belongs to another person and to which the User does not have any right to;
II. is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
III. harm minors in any way;
IV. infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
V. violates any law for the time being in force;
VI. deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
VII. impersonate another person;
VIII. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
IX. threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation
X. violates or attempts to violate the integrity of the security of the Alearn Platforms
10.2. User shall not use any of Alearn Platforms apart from the reasons provided for.
10.3. User shall not intentionally furnish any incomplete, false or inaccurate information.
10.4. User shall not make any unsolicited communications to other Users.
10.5. User shall not misuse the contents provided on the Site.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER. 9.1 The User is responsible for any misuse of The Isizwe Group’s service that occurs through the customer’s account and the User should ensure that no third party is allowed unauthorized use of his/her account;
9.2 The Isizwe Group cannot be held liable where Users access or reply to any form of unsolicited mail or spam. Engaging in such activity may result in the user being listed or added to the database of “bulk mailing list’, resulting further in “spam”;
9.3 The Isizwe Group cannot be held responsible for any consequences whatsoever arising of the User providing unauthorized access to his/her account by a minor, including any misuse by minor or the consequences of any transactions entered into by the minor;
9.4 The user is solely responsible for any business transactions or dealings that the user may engage in using the The Isizwe Group network or related resources and services to gain access to third parties, over the Internet. This includes any vendors or advertisers found on, or through The Isizwe Group’s network. The Isizwe Group shall not be reliable for any charges or fees arising from such transactions where the User has made purchases by using the service.
9.5 The User is obliged to ensure compliance with all custom and exchange control legislation applicable to all electronic transactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER. The User undertakes:
5.1. Not to distribute, modify or interfere with any part or parts of the Website by any means.
5.2. Not to use the website for any commercial purposes.
5.3. Not to ask other Users for passwords and other identification information for misuse, as well as for commercial or mercenary purposes. Not to place personal data of other Users or any third parties on the Website without their personal consent.
5.4. Not to register an Account on behalf of a different person (a false Account) or to act on behalf of a legal entity or physical person whose interests he is not authorized to represent.
5.6. Do not post links to other resources or media websites on the Website if this contradicts the context of the discussion.
