Access by Authorised Persons only. No person other than an Authorised Person may at any time submit an Order for the Licensee (whether as principal or as agent for a Client) through the DMA Service using the Security Information provided by OpenMarkets to the Licensee. OpenMarkets may in its discretion at any time limit the number of Authorised Persons who are permitted to submit Orders for the Licensee through the DMA Service. The Licensee must not authorise, allow nor permit any person other than an Authorised Person to access or use the DMA Service using the Security Information. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that OpenMarkets may, in its absolute discretion:

PCL may in its discretion at any time, limit the number of Authorised Persons who are permitted to submit Orders for the Client through the ACOP Service. The Client must not authorize, allow or permit any person other than an Authorised Person to access or use the ACOP Service using the Security Information.
