DMA Service definition

DMA Service means the automated client order processing service to be provided by Openmarkets to the Licensee on the terms contained in this Schedule under which the Licensee is able to enter Orders directly into the Trading Platform relating to Traded Products.
DMA Service means the electronic connectivity service provided by CLSA which enables you to transmit DMA Orders from the User Network, via the CLSA System, to the relevant Connected Exchange for, subject to the terms hereof, execution and settlement.
DMA Service means the electronic connectivity service provided by CLSAK which enables the User to transmit DMA orders from the User Network, via the CLSA System, to the relevant KRX for, subject to the terms hereof, execution and settlement.

Examples of DMA Service in a sentence

  • Openmarkets may at any time through the DMA Service impose, and from time to time vary, DMA Trading Limits.

  • You acknowledge that if Openmarkets provides the DMA Service to you, the terms in Schedule 3 will apply.

  • The Client may terminate its participation in the DMA Service by request in writing to Openmarkets.

  • Openmarkets may terminate the Intermediary’s participation in the DMA Service at any time without notice to you.

  • The Client acknowledges that if the Intermediary’s participation in the DMA Service is terminated, the Client’s participation will also be terminated.

  • Openmarkets will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Client by reason of any delay in processing any Order submitted through the DMA Service.

  • The Client acknowledges that all Orders submitted by it through the DMA Service are, subject to any Filters, entered on a Trading Platform in the sequence in which they are received, and otherwise as expeditiously as practicable, and this may result in Openmarkets’ principal orders being satisfied ahead of an Order.

  • The Client must not authorise, allow or permit any person other than an Authorised Person to access or use the DMA Service using the Security Information.


More Definitions of DMA Service

DMA Service means any dealing, order routing or other services that is subject to the DMA T&C provided from time to time by RHBIB to the Client via the internet, electronic means or otherwise;
DMA Service means any automated client order processing service to be provided by a DMA Service Provider to us (or directly to Client by which orders are able to be entered directly into the trading platform and arrangements may be made to settle and to clear the transactions resulting from the execution of such orders. DMA Service Provider means the person who provides a DMA Service. Facility means a facility for a market or exchange in Financial Products, or for clearing and settlement of transactions in Financial Products, or for making payments for those services.
DMA Service means the electronic connectivity service provided by the Company which enables the Client to have direct electronic access to ATS whereby DMA Orders are submitted into a DMA Infrastructure for execution in the ATS.

  • eDDA Service means a service provided by HKICL as part of HKICL FPS to facilitate customers of Participants to set up direct debit authorisation.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • E911 Service means the functionality to route wireless 911 calls and the associated caller and/or location data of the wireless end user to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point.
