The Access Opening clause defines the conditions under which one party is permitted to enter or use a specific property, facility, or system. Access Opening. The opening(s) and access point(s) contemplated between the Parcels for use of the Driveway, is/are shown on Exhibit C and such opening and access point between the Parcels for use of the Driveway, as contemplated pursuant to paragraph 2.1 above, is hereinafter called the “Access Opening.” The Access Opening shall in no event be blocked, closed, altered, changed or removed and shall at all times remain in place as shown on Exhibit C. There shall be maintained between the Access Openings smooth and level grade transition to allow the use of the Driveway for vehicular ingress and egress as set forth in paragraph 2.1 above. Except with respect to the Access Opening, each Owner shall be permitted to maintain landscaping along the boundary line of its Parcel; however, each Parcel Owner shall maintain its landscaping so as not to interfere with the signage or the business operations conducted on the other Parcel.
Access Opening. An access hole with a hinged flush fitting weatherproof cover must be provided in the base of the mast, with the bottom lintel 600mm above the base plate, for easy access to the electrical distribution board ancillary equipment and the quick and safe attachment of the portable winch to mast and hoisting ropes. The door shall be adequately protected against vandalism and secured by three screws requiring a special opening tool, or alternative as agreed with Engineer. The opening perimeter must be reinforced to restore the section modules of the mast shaft and have a curved top and bottom to prevent stress concentrations. The door opening and closing mechanism shall correspond to similar masts in use by CITY OF MBOMBELA. The mounting strips welded opposite the door opening shall be drilled for the mounting of a control board. Earth terminals, as well as a support bar for the incoming supply cables, shall be provided below the door opening.
Access Opening. The opening(s) and access point(s) contemplated between the Parcels for use of the Driveway, are shown on the Site Plan and such opening(s) and access point(s) between the Parcels for use of the Driveway, as contemplated pursuant to paragraph 2.1(a) above, are hereinafter called the “Access Openings.” There shall be maintained between the Access Openings a smooth and level grade transition to allow the use of the Driveway for pedestrian and vehicular ingress and egress as set forth in paragraph 2.1 above. Except with respect to the Access Openings, each Owner shall be permitted to maintain curbing, landscaping or other improvements along the boundary line of its Parcel.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Purpose of Interconnection Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Interconnection Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • Access to Project Site ‌ City will make available, no later than the commencement date designated in the current construction Schedule accepted by City, the lands and facilities upon which the Work is to be performed, including such access and other lands and facilities designated in the Contract Documents, for use by Contractor.

  • Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.

  • LESSOR'S ACCESS; SHOWING PREMISES; REPAIRS Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees, and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the Building, as Lessor may reasonably deem necessary. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or Building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last one hundred eighty (180) days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. All such activities of Lessor shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee.
