ACCESS REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. 1. The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable requirements regarding Access for Individuals with Disabilities contained in the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq.; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 794; 49 U.S.C. § 5301(d); and any other applicable federal regulations, including any amendments thereto.
