Access scope. You may use the Site solely to support Your own Account-related activities and for the benefit of personnel who are employed by Your Account Holder and/or infants/children/students/patients and their families served by Your Account Holder. You may not provide access to the Services to, or utilize the Services on behalf of, any third party.

Access scope. The framework agreement is available to all Scottish public bodies (for example Central Government, local authorities, higher and further education, health bodies and Special Health Boards, police and fire and rescue) and Scottish third sector bodies (for example registered charities and voluntary organisations). Note: It is the responsibility of any framework public body wishing to use the framework agreement to satisfy itself that it is eligible to do so. Entitlement guidance on this can be found in Annex A of Scottish Government Guidance on Framework Agreements. If there is any doubt, legal advice should be sought.

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. The Association shall be responsible for keeping the list current. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.

  • Access to the Workplace Union staff or Union health and safety or environmental advisors or consultants with prior approval by management shall be provided access to the workplace to attend meetings of the Joint or Union Committees or for inspecting, investigating or monitoring the workplace.
