Government Guidance definition

Government Guidance means Federal and State operational and other instructions related to the coverage, payment and/or administration of CalOptima Programs.
Government Guidance means any guidance issued from time to time by the Department for Children, Schools and Families or any other UK Government office, agency or department which is relevant to this Agreement; Materials means any and all materials and works included but not limited to written works, electronic and digital materials, artistic works and films which are created from time to time by or on behalf of the Recipient in connection with this Agreement; Partnership means the partnering arrangement created by this Agreement;
