Access to Buyer Data. Real time access on a 24/7 basis to all Buyer Data shall be determined on a case by case basis and set forth in the applicable Purchase Order.
Access to Buyer Data. In order to enable OBH to provide Services to the Buyer as contemplated under this Agreement and relevant Call-Off Contract, it will be necessary for the Buyer to disclose to OBH and enable OBH to have access to Buyer Data. OBH will use the Buyer’s Data only as required to provide the Services and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and relevant Call-Off Contract.
Access to Buyer Data. The Borrowers covenant and agree to keep the Lenders informed respecting valid expressions of interest in the Borrowers or their assets and will provide periodic reports and reasonable access to investment bankers retained by them.
