Access to Contractor Representative. Contractor acknowledges that City's purchase of electricity supply is in part to provide for publicly owned and operated municipal services, including wastewater, transportation and healthcare buildings and facilities, street and traffic lights and that the uninterrupted flow of electricity is essential to City's operations and critical to the public health, safety and welfare. Contractor agrees to provide 24-hour, 7-days per week access by telephone and email to a representative who will give all requests for assistance from the Commissioner or designee the highest priority for resolution.
