Buildings and Facilities. The Association shall have the right, upon request, to reasonable use of school buildings and facilities, subject to the right of the school district to assess reasonable charges for additional custodial expenses or other additional operational expenses beyond normal maintenance costs resulting from such use, provided further that said use shall not interfere with normal school activities or functions.
Buildings and Facilities. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including typewriters, computers, e-mail, voicemail, fax machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use, and the School District reserves the right to assess charges for such usage consistent with the School District practice relating to private organizations. The user shall request equipment from the responsible individual and have time and use determined when checked out.

The District recognizes the Association's right to use the District's buildings and facilities at times other than normal working hours and hours of student instruction or activity as long as the Association submits the appropriate Civic Center Act form to the Community Services Office of the District and as long as the use of such buildings and facilities does not interfere with instructional or activities programs, District operations or previously- scheduled activities.
3.5.1 The District acknowledges the exclusive right of the Association to access its members during the members' non-instructional/non-duty time, to include meeting with members in the site designated lunchroom/lounge during the entirety of the site lunch break.

The Teachers of the District shall have the right, in accordance with District rules and regulations, to the use of District buildings and facilities, providing such use does not interfere with District activities and/or functions. 2.2.2 Will ensure that any buildings and building systems (for example, lighting, ventilation, water, etc.) used in FORMULATION and PACKAGING of PRODUCT will be of suitable design, size, construction and location to manufacture PRODUCT in accordance with applicable Laws (e.g., cGMP). X

Buildings and Facilities. Except with NOHFC’s prior written consent, from the Effective Date until the date that is three years after the Project Completion Date, the Recipient shall continue to own or continue to lease (as applicable) all buildings, facilities, or land purchased, constructed, or improved, in whole or in part, with the Funds, or for which, in whole or in part, Funds were provided.
