Common use of ACCESS TO COUNTY FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

ACCESS TO COUNTY FACILITIES. In addition to those circumstances where this Agreement specifically permits or requires the presence of non-employee representatives of the Union at meetings with representatives of the Employer, additional access to County facilities or Departments for such non-employee Union representatives may be secured by obtaining prior permission from the department head responsible for administering the Department where such access is sought. In requesting such permission, the representative shall designate the Union business under consideration. The department head may grant access to the Union representative to visit the County facility or Department involved at a mutually agreeable time and date. Such access shall not interfere with or disrupt the normal conduct of business with any Department.
