Access to Customer Information. Customer acknowledges that customer billing and payment information will be provided to Tomorrow Energy from your EDC. This information includes, but is not limited to, Customer’s account number, meter reading data, rate class and electric usage, Customer’s address(es) and telephone number, and Customer’s budget billing plan or payment arrangement preference. Except in the case of credit or collections requirements, we will not disclose your information to any third party without your prior written authorization. You may request up to twenty-four (24) months of your historical payment data at no charge. Tomorrow Energy is prohibited from disclosing your social security number and/or account number(s) without your consent except for Tomorrow Energy’s own collections and credit reporting, participation in programs funded by the universal service fund, pursuant to section 4928.52 of the Revised Code, or assigning a contract to another CRES provider.
Access to Customer Information. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Oracle account representative that enables Xxxxxxxx’s Trial Account may have access to the Customer Information and may have system administrator privileges with respect to the Trial Account.

You understand that by enrolling for service with YEP, YEP will be provided, and you hereby agree for your EDC to provide, certain basic account information from your EDC, including but not limited to account number, meter read information, customer rate class and electricity usage, your address and phone number, and whether or not you are on a budget billing plan or other payment arrangement or as otherwise approved by the PUC Bureau of Consumer Services. You further understand that the EDC is required by the PUC to communicate with you following a notice of change of EGS to confirm the change was authorized. YEP will not sell or otherwise provide your personal information to any unaffiliated party without your consent, except as may be required by law or as necessary to enforce this Agreement.

Notified shall require its employees, contractors and agents who have, or may be expected to have, access to Customer Information or Customer Information Systems to comply with the provisions of the Agreement, including this Appendix and any other applicable agreements binding upon Notified. Notified will remain responsible for any breach of this Appendix by its employees, contractors, and agents.

Your participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes your specific and unconditional consent to and authorization for Indow Windows to access, receive, store, use and disclose any and all such information, consistent with the policies and procedures set forth in the Indow Windows Privacy Policy.

Your participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes your specific and unconditional consent to and authorization for Indow to access, receive, store, use and disclose any and all such information, consistent with the policies and procedures set forth in the Indow Privacy Policy.

West shall require its employees, contractors and agents who have, or may be expected to have, access to Customer Information or Customer Information Systems to comply with the provisions of the Agreement, including this Appendix and any other applicable agreements binding upon West. By entering into this Agreement, you agree that your LDC may release to us certain information that we need to provide you with service, including but not limited to your address, telephone number, account numbers, historical usage information, peak electricity demand, payment history and placement on LDC budget billing and/or payment plans. We will not give or sell your confidential information to any unaffiliated third party, except as authorized in NH Dept. of Energy’s rules at Puc 2004.019, without your written consent unless we are required to do so by law or your account is assigned to a successor energy company to TSE.
