Access to Designated Space. The COUNTY shall provide reasonably unobstructed access to the Designated Space to the AGENCY. The COUNTY reserves its right to have ultimate control over when access to the Designated Space should be restricted. The COUNTY may, in its sole and absolute discretion, remove any person from the COUNTY’S premises, including from the Designated Space, at any time. The AGENCY shall cooperate fully in COUNTY’S efforts to maintain security within the Designated Space and shall follow all regulations promulgated by the COUNTY with respect thereto.
